Winning the Dental Game:

The purpose of these documents is to provide a shared foundation of knowledge for each of us. They will assist in our individual growth, as well as our team as a whole.

These documents will expand and elevate your mindset. You will see the world of dentistry in new ways. You will break through a layer of confusion and complexity to one of clarity and simplicity.

Yet, knowledge alone won't make the difference. We need to take action in new ways, and to live our lives with clear intention.

Leadership is not so much an exercise of the mind as it is an affair of the heart that drives our hands to action.

We work hard. We grow by challenges faced and obstacles overcome together. Great teams accomplish much, and the best steel is forged in the hottest fires. As tempting as comfort may be, there is no rest in excellence.

Our intention is to build an outstanding team, culture, systems and results through the leadership of our Core Team.

Will it be difficult? Yes, quite. Will it be rewarding? Definitely. Will it make a difference? Immensely. Once we can achieve a critical mass of leadership, our team will be able to handle almost anything.

We also have fun. Having a good time along the way makes the journey worthwhile.

Consider your own personal gain in participating. You are certain to further enhance your career status, ensuring that “ You Inc. ” has the habits and skills necessary to compete in this world.

You can look forward to increasing the value of your “human capital,” including your knowledge, skills, creativity, adaptability, and passion.

As you become the CEO of your own life, you will design the life you want. You will have “graduated” well beyond a generic McJob approach - becoming a valued and respected personal “ Name Brand ” that is always in high demand.

Your success will be assured as you reach out to impact people's lives in meaningful ways.
