Our Agreements:

A great organization, just like a great relationship, takes some work to build.Much of team success simply comes down to making and keeping agreements. Easy to say, but hard to consistently do. These agreements may seem like common sense, but they're rarely common pactice.

A healthy culture is built upon agreements that guide conduct, and are always pushing towards healthy norms. We can't just drift towards team health - it definitely takes some pushing to get there.

Weak cultures accept far too much WE-destroying and soul-destroying behavior. Teams gradually wither in a passive environment where anything goes - where honouring agreements is neglected.

It's not just about being nice. Socially, being nice can work well for you. Professionally, it's not nearly enough. We're not seeking comfort and harmony, we're seeking performance excellence for ourselves and the best for our patients.

Ultimately, it's not about what's on paper, it's what we're willing to stand up for, uphold, and protect. Our agreements must be lived courageously for our culture to thrive.
